We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver / Storeperson to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling goods, operating vehicles, and supporting the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities

Loading and unloading goods using appropriate equipment, including pallet trucks and other specialised tools. Organising stock within the warehouse and ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently. Assist with loading and unloading items, including heavy lifting when necessary Assisting with stock counts and documentation, and supporting other warehouse activities such as packaging, sorting, and labelling items as required. Operating commercial vehicles, including delivery lorries. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Delivering goods to designated locations in a timely manner, maintaining professional communication with customers and team members. Collecting waste from domestic premises on a weekly basis.

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles. Driving experience, particularly with delivery vehicles or lorries (including box van) Mechanical knowledge relevant to vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting Ability to perform heavy lifting when required Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Good organisational skills to manage routes efficiently and handle paperwork accurately Ability to operate a box van safely and efficiently Previous experience as a delivery driver or similar role is advantageous Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems for timely deliveries Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and punctuality

Pay: 16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
