What's the Role?
We're looking for a reliable, efficient, and proactive
Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant
to join our close-knit operations team. This is a hands-on, varied role that's essential in keeping our stores stocked with the magical products we create, ensuring a smooth flow from warehouse to shop floor.
You'll be responsible for safely loading vans, delivering goods to our retail stores across Yorkshire, handling returns, and supporting with general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
Delivery and Logistics:
Safely load, drive, and deliver stock to our retail stores on time, ensuring the highest level of care and professionalism.
Stock Handling:
Support the picking, packing, and processing of store deliveries and returns. Make sure items are damage-free, clean, and presentable.
Returns Management:
Accurately process and organise stock returned from stores back into the warehouse system.
Warehouse Support:
Assist the warehouse team with general duties including goods in/out, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organised working environment.
Customer Service:
Be a friendly and professional point of contact for store teams when making deliveries.
Process Adherence:
Follow all company procedures related to health & safety, stock control, and operational efficiency.
Team Spirit:
Work closely with warehouse colleagues to keep everything running smoothly, pitching in wherever needed.
About You

Comfortable with physical work - lifting, moving, loading
Excellent driver with a clean UK driving licence
Enjoy working as part of a friendly, supportive team
Good communicator, both in person and via phone/email
Happy to work flexibly depending on delivery schedules
Trustworthy and respectful of handling stock and company vehicles
Brownie Points
Previous experience in delivery driving or warehouse roles
Knowledge of Yorkshire's road network
Experience with stock systems or handheld scanning devices
