The Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a

Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support Operative

to join our friendly Warehouse Team. This is a hands?on role with plenty of variety -- part driving, part warehouse support -- and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, being part of a team, and delivering great service.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and has a positive, can?do attitude. You'll need a good eye for detail, confidence when working to deadlines, and strong communication skills.

A full, clean UK driving licence held for at least 2 years is essential

, along with previous delivery experience.

A

counterbalance forklift licence

is very beneficial, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver timber flooring to customers across the region -- including homes, shops, and commercial sites Take responsibility for basic vehicle checks and maintenance Assist with loading and unloading customer orders and supplier deliveries Pick and prepare flooring orders and accessories Move stock safely using forklifts or the counterbalance/stacker truck Keep delivery paperwork accurate and up to date Maintain clean and tidy workspaces and vehicles Support the Warehouse Team with general warehouse duties Work safely and follow all Health & Safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

At least

2 years' driving experience

(5 years preferred for this role) Clean, full UK driving licence Previous experience as a delivery driver Good literacy and numeracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self?motivated, organised, and calm under pressure Friendly, professional manner with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.33 per week
