Air Culinaire Worldwide is currently seeking a flexible, customer-focused Zero Hours Delivery Driver to join our team based at our Biggin Hill Kitchen with collections from our Luton Kitchen and Stansted Kitchen. Deliveries will be made to Biggin Hill Airport and surrounding airports. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and is comfortable representing our brand at the point of delivery.

In addition to physically handling and delivering catering orders, the successful candidate will play a vital face-to-face role with clients. Excellent communication, logistical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and basic food knowledge. Previous driving experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and timely delivery and collection of catering goods Serve as a professional, customer-facing representative of the company Communicate clearly and effectively with the Operations Team Ensure full compliance with CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) regulations and company procedures Accurately complete all required CAA documentation Assist with warehouse duties and support the logistics team as required Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety during transport

Essential Requirements

:

A full UK manual driving licence (not provisional) A clear, current Enhanced DBS check Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively

Desirable:

A valid HGV licence is an advantage but not essential Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role Knowledge of food handling and safety standards
