Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to customers homes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed.

In-store duties include goods in and general upkeep of the store. Willingness to undertake some sales duties would be an advantage.

Duties

Drive a delivery van to transport goods into customers' homes. Load and unload products, ensuring safe handling Communicate effectively with customers Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance Assist in the warehouse and store. This involves face to face interaction with customers in store. Assist with general duties in store and exterior.

Qualifications

Valid driver's licence preferably with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
