Job Summary

This role is split between

kitchen porter duties

and

local food deliveries

. You will support our kitchen team during evening service and deliver our pizzas and meals to customers in the local area.

Ideal for someone who wants a steady evening job, working in a supportive and lively environment.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Porter Duties

Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised during service Supporting chefs with basic prep (e.g., topping up stations, fetching ingredients) Emptying bins and following recycling procedures Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness

Delivery Driving Duties

Delivering food orders to customers in a timely and friendly manner Ensuring deliveries are accurate and well-presented Handling payments when required Representing Java & Jazz professionally on every delivery Keeping the delivery area clean and organised

Working Hours

Evenings only

Typically between

5:00pm - 10:00pm

(varies with business needs) Weekday and weekend availability required

Requirements

Must be

18+

(for insurance purposes)

Full UK driving licence

Access to your own reliable vehicle (or we can provide one depending on shift) Good timekeeping and excellent communication Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
