About the Role
As an R&D Delivery Finance Executive, you'll analyse, investigate, and prepare client financial information for both SME ERIS and RDEC Merged Scheme claims. You'll work closely with clients' in-house finance teams and external professionals to build a strong financial foundation for their submissions. Partnering with senior colleagues, you'll provide accurate data, insightful recommendations, and clear reporting that ensures every claim is robust, compliant, and maximised.

What you'll bring
Proven experience in a finance leadership role (e.g. Accounting Manager, Supervisor, or Finance Manager).
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, UK GAAP, and financial regulations.
Ability to analyse large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working directly with clients and building collaborative relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet strict financial deadlines.

You will...
Provide accurate financial analysis and recommendations to support R&D claims.
Monitor and interpret accounting data to produce reports and statements.
Establish and maintain fiscal records and documentation.
Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Act as a key point of contact for client finance queries, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Collaborate with operations and senior teams to support company growth and strategic development.
Take part in regular team meetings, capacity reviews, and updates with the Management Team.
