Warwick is in an exciting phase of delivering against the designs set out during the Warwick Transformation Programme. There is the opportunity to get involved in diverse projects including work to look at the shape of the Warwick Academic Year and managing the implementation of a new operating model in the Education Group.
The role will involve working directly with the Education Leadership Team, Departmental stakeholders and other Professional Service colleagues. It will involve challenging ways of working and finding solutions that can be delivered effectively through testing and negotiating what successful delivery looks like.
About You
Successful candidates will be experienced in navigating complex change processes. They will be skilled in all aspects of project management and confident working with Senior staff to oversee and drive successful outcomes. They must be equally comfortable both overseeing the work of others and in delivering outcomes themselves. They will also either have experience in Higher Education or as a minimum understand the pressures and tensions that exist within a Higher Education Institution.
