The Role





We're in an exciting period of growth and looking for an experienced, dynamic Delivery Manager to join our team. You'll lead multiple complex technology projects, working at pace with cross-functional teams of talented professionals.



This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll have real influence over outcomes and will help deliver outstanding digital products across a range of industries.



Responsibilities




Own overall project timelines and track progress against key milestones (across time, budget & quality). Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and transparent communication. Provide regular progress updates and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a delivery and outcomes mindset, always focused on the end goals. Remove blockers and support your team in overcoming challenges. Navigate and resolve conflicts where needed. Keep a clear record of decisions and action items. Organise and facilitate key meetings and agile ceremonies. Provide constructive input and challenge to stakeholders to ensure best outcomes.

What You'll Bring





We're looking for someone who has recent experience in a digital or software delivery environment and can offer:


Proven project/delivery management experience. A recognised Scrum certification. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organisational and planning abilities with a capacity to multitask effectively. A proactive mindset and confidence in owning project deliverables. The ability to juggle competing priorities and remain focused under pressure. * And most importantly... a sense of humour.
