Delivery Manager

Location:

Gilwell Park, E4 7QW (with Hybrid working ) minimum once a month for team meeting (generally a Tuesday or Wednesday) and attend key workshops

Salary:

57,715.91 per annum (Band G Level 3 - inclusive of Outer London Weighting & Market Supplement)

Contract

: 12 month Fixed term contract

Hours:

Full-time (35 hours per week)

The Role

As a Delivery Manager you will be at the heart of driving transformation and change, as our core infrastructure is upgraded, existing products enhanced, and new systems and platforms rolled out to meet strategic objectives. You will be passionate about digital, technology and achieving great outcomes for our users.

As our Delivery Manager, the Key responsibilities are:

Lead on inception of projects; working with internal teams and external suppliers Apply appropriate project and/or product methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, agile/Lean) to deliver your projects Lead procurement of new suppliers and services Support Senior Responsible Owners and Sponsors with governance of programmes and projects.

Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management Ability to take the initiative, think on your feet, be assertive, persuasive and to motivate and inspire a range of audiences Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
