Overview




As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions across a global client portfolio. You will lead the execution of both professional and managed services engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timely delivery, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. You'll also be instrumental in growing revenue through strategic account development and by building strong client partnerships.


This role requires a hands-on leader with strong delivery governance skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to align teams toward clear business outcomes. You will work across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution by delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and services across multiple client accounts, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Maintain delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and resourcing plans using hybrid/agile approaches. Ensure high standards in delivery reporting and project governance, leveraging tools such as Asana or similar. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of escalation for delivery performance. Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, lead resolution strategies, and communicate transparently with stakeholders. Provide strategic feedback to senior leadership on resource allocation, delivery challenges, and team performance to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with account managers and business development teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support client growth strategies. Coach and mentor delivery teams on best practices and standards to drive excellence and scalability in delivery.

What we are looking for



Proven experience in delivery management, ideally in a consulting or technology services environment. A track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stream engagements with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of how delivery drives client success and revenue growth. Excellent client engagement and communication skills with the ability to manage executive-level relationships. Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches based on client needs and context. High emotional intelligence and leadership presence; able to build trust, inspire teams, and influence decision-makers. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and resilience.
