As a Delivery Manager at Rapha, you will take on a pivotal role in leading the delivery of key digital propositions across the organisation. Your primary focus will be on planning, coordinating, and driving forward the delivery of changes and enhancements to our Digital product offering, ensuring timely and effective delivery of value.


Working closely with Rapha's Engineering, Brand and Digital teams, as well as vendors, you will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of key projects across multiple teams to achieve business outcomes. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders, utilising appropriate delivery methodologies, and managing deployment schedules, while actively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery practices and play a role in building relationships and communication channels across teams.


Overall, your ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, drive results, and foster collaboration will be essential in shaping the successful delivery of our projects and initiatives.

The Role:





Working across 3 key pillars - Rebrand, Mobile and Digital improvements, you will oversee delivery of key activities, ensuring teams are working efficiently and adhering to agreed upon delivery timelines. Drive the project from initiation to launch working against very tight deadlines. Maintain a very clear roadmap and delivery plan. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product management, design, engineering and external agencies. Working in Agile methodologies suitable for a very fast paced and busy environment. Ensuring consistent governance and reporting, tracking progress against milestones. Preparing and presenting frequent updates to senior leadership. Oversee vendor management ensuring delivery quality and alignment with brand standards. Ensuring that rebranding and design principles are consistently applied across all digital channels with corresponding sign off tracking.

About You:




Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfill the requirements in a similar way.

A highly skilled communicator and organiser, comfortable with leadership and stakeholder communication planning and information cascading. Recognised project management qualifications (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMP or equivalent). Proven experience in retail, ideally within organisations undergoing significant transformation. Demonstrated success in leading multiple digital transformation initiatives within global retail environments. Expertise in delivering end-to-end projects across digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and membership/customer engagement tools. Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, and traditional approaches) with the ability to adapt to business needs. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing at all levels, including senior leadership. Advanced communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Substantial experience in a digital-first landscape, with a track record of rolling out technical changes across multiple markets and functions. Demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, maintaining clarity and direction for teams and stakeholders. Experience working within and coordinating project teams of 40+ people, including cross-functional and geographically dispersed groups.
