Delivery Manager

to join our Modular Accommodation team and drive excellence from mobilisation to completion.

What you'll be doing



As Delivery Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our modular building projects--ensuring smooth delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. You'll:


Own and submit Works Package Plans (WPPs) to customers Collaborate with clients to develop detailed project programmes Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Host pre-start meetings and conduct progress inspections Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values Monitor quality, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards Track performance and manage budgets to meet financial targets Promote continuous improvement and best practices


Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with:




CSCS Supervisor/Manager's card SSSTS or SMSTS certification Strong knowledge of health and safety and the modular/construction industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Full clean UK driving licence Strong record-keeping and organisational skills A flexible mindset and readiness to embrace new challenge

Additional Information:



This role involves travel and working away from home You'll be based both in the office and on-site
