Uniserve is looking for a

Delivery Manager

to join our IT Integrations team, based in Upminster. In this role, you will be the driving force behind integrating our warehouse management systems with our clients' platforms. You'll lead technical delivery from end-to-end, managing client onboarding, data migrations, and system integrations.


We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, managing integration projects while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Please note:

this role is a 6-month fixed term contract, starting in October 2025, to cover maternity cover.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading Projects:

Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for all system integrations.

Managing Relationships:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical support and ensuring their needs are met.

Creating Solutions:

Work with our development teams to translate integration requirements into actionable plans.

Ensuring Quality:

Coordinate testing and maintain high standards for all deployments.

Collaborating:

Partner with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to deliver complex integrations.

Documenting:

Create and maintain clear technical specifications and integration guides.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in systems integration, API management, and technical project delivery. Understanding of integration technologies, SFTP protocols, and data mapping concepts. Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and validation. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Previous experience in logistics or supply chain integrations would be advantageous but not essential.
