Set the Standard--Lead Quality and Compliance for a Greener, Safer Jersey





Are you an experienced heating installer with a passion for quality and a deep understanding of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems? We're looking for a dedicated professional to lead and manage our Quality Assurance Scheme for heating system installations.

As our Quality Assurance Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all Heating installations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll oversee compliance, conduct audits, support installer training, and drive continuous improvement across our installation network.


Key Responsibilities





Lead the development and implementation of a robust QA framework for heating installations. Conduct on-site inspections and remote audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines. Provide technical support and mentoring to installation teams. Collaborate with product, training, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, CQS standards, and best practices in low-carbon heating.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





10 years+ experience in domestic heating installations, with a strong focus on ASHP systems. In-depth knowledge of building regulations, CQS standards, and heat pump technologies. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance. Strong communication and leadership skills. Relevant qualifications in a mechanical discipline would be beneficial
