We are seeking candidates who can commit to a minimum of four days of work per week, with one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) included. Pay/Bonus:

Highly competitive pay with bonus scale available, based upon meeting targets and maintaining consistent high-performance. Pay range 595 - 700 (based on 5 days x 2 routes at 4.5 hours) per week including bonuses, other additional personal incentives will apply.

No delivery experience necessary, Full training will be provided. 119 per day starting minimum rate, up to 130 including bonus based upon team performance. 4-6 days out of 7-day week including weekend rota scheduling for full time. 4.5-hour shifts with a maximum per day total of 9-hour shifts (2x4.5 hours) per day - average FT Paid training. Pay: 2 weeks in lieu of the start and weekly pay thereafter. E-Bike provided with full uniform and safety equipment (except safety shoes) Bonus paid depending on performance over the week and an individual bonus scheme to boost your earning potential. Uniform/PPE provided. Opportunities to progress and for further career development.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders promptly and efficiently using an E-bike provided by the company. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and courteously with customers during deliveries. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety protocols while riding. Maintain the E-bike in good working condition and report any issues to management. Assist in managing delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

Must be a team player and have a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction. Excellent reliability and attendance, safety, and work record Independent problem solver with good communication skills. Provisional UK driving License - Clean (6 points max) and no DR - driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or IN- uninsured code endorsements, - Mandatory exclusion. Commercial or Delivery experience - desirable but not necessary Willing to provide disclosure background check Requires some manual handling. Able to lift/push up to 23kgs. Able to complete jobs within allotted time schedules consistently. Must be self-motivated and able to work at pace without direct supervision or instruction.
