Summary

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will manage site operations including a morning sort operation followed by ensuring all parcels go out on road with dedicated car couriers, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to personalised service and operational excellence. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our company's values.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Manage site teams, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions. Implement project schedules using Primavera P6 for effective time management. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and communication. Report on project status, challenges, and achievements to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a parcel Site Manager or similar role in the logistics or construction industry. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling. Strong knowledge of Civil 3D is an advantage but not essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
