About the Role
As a Delivery Station Operator, you'll play a key role in supervising daily operations, ensuring parcels are processed efficiently and safely. You'll support your team, maintain high performance standards, and help keep everything running smoothly during our morning shift.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily delivery station activities
Support and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Monitor workflow and maintain health & safety standards
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries accurately and on time
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and management
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position within logistics, warehousing, or delivery
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high performance
