Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a delivery driver with some warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely service to our clients. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to handle physically demanding tasks. Duties

Safely operate a 3.5t vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies Deliver goods to various locations in a timely and professional manner Assist with loading and unloading items, including heavy lifting when necessary Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery schedules or issues Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met Assist in warehouse activities such as organising stock or preparing items for dispatch when required Follow health and safety regulations at all times during operations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members Valid driving licence with a clean driving record Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical fitness to undertake physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Pay: 12.21-25.00 per hour
