We are a family run refrigerated transport Business based in Milton Keynes looking for a reliable & professional full-time van driver.
You will be transporting temperature controlled goods nationwide.
Average working day 6-12 hours. Monday-Friday 13 per hour, Saturday 14 per hour, Sunday 15 per hour
Experience working in a similar role is preferred although training will be given
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a van to transport refrigerated goods
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding delivery and any issues that may arise
-Maintain all delivery paperwork in an organised manner
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Complete driver defect checklists
-Ensure loads are secured in transit to avoid loads shifting during transit
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively
