Trimline Van Driver

We are currently recruiting for an Van Driver to support our busy Transport and Wearhouse department. Applicants must be flexible to travel to various locations as required and have a positive attitude, with the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors.

Main Duties are:

To undertake the safe, secure and efficient movement of an Van/Company vehicle, as required Performing scheduled deliveries and collections to and from customer sites as required Safe movement of some heavy items, using safe manual handling methods Safe operating of Power assisted Pump Trucks and Sack Barrows Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any found defects Comply with all legal requirements relating to the Highway code rules Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned and always left in a tidy condition Used vehicles in accordance with permitted weight limits Checking Trimline products are loaded securely & unloaded in a safe manner in accordance with Trimlines, Safe operating systems of Work From time to time, you will be required to work in the Wearhouse assisting movement of products etc
Job Type:

Driver/loaded Full-time - 42.5hrs per week Day shift - 6am to 3pm

Experience and requirements:

Category B Driving Licence, minimum of 3 years' experience No more that 3 points on your Driving License Good physical health, as some heavy lifting is required Good knowledge of London and the surrounding counties Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries. Good time management and attention to detail Will be a good team player
Desirable:

FORS Trained - up to Silver Level Forklift Licence / Electric Pump Truck Warehouse experience
