Van driver delivering and collecting electrical goods around the UK. Can be anything from 2/3 drops to 12/15 per day dependent on how busy we are. Physical work as we move 3mtr lengths of metal rod and strut and cable drums. Most drops are to building sites. When you are not out driving you will be required to help out in the stores
You will be required to work 9 hours per day Monday-Friday between 7.30 and 17.00 (7.30-16.30 or 8.00-17.00) with any additional time worked over 9 hours paid as overtime. 30 minutes unpaid break is given so 8h 30m paid hours per day
Successful applicants will be contacted ASAP and asked to come in for an interview. You must then be available to start within 2-3 days maximum so if you apply you need to be free to start work immediately
A clean driving licence is required and you must be 25+
Ideally you will be located within 8-10 miles of Tamworth so commuting to and from work is not too much trouble, you will ideally have your own transport as well as there is no direct public transport that comes to the estate
An initial 3 month probation period will be given
