Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery/Collection Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery & collection of goods to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, with both customers and team members.
Responsibilities
Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order. Maintain accurate records of deliveries & collections Discuss with our customers which of our services/products they require
Experience
Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred. A valid driver's licence is essential, applicants must be 25 or over, due to our vehicle insurance policy Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. Communication skills are necessary for interacting with our customers and team members effectively.
