Department Description




As part of the IT Services (ITS) Unit within Atradius, the Demand & Portfolio Management (DPM) team's primary objective is to manage and prioritise Change demands and projects across the Atradius Business and IT portfolio.


The DPM team will engage directly with both business and ITS stakeholders to collate and capture new ideas and opportunities and develop them into demands and projects with clear objectives that are aligned with both IT and business strategic goals.


The DPM team will work closely with the ITS Project Management team to support, evaluate and report on the delivery of the ongoing demands and projects across the portfolio, ensuring that they remain relevant and are governed & managed in accordance with the Atradius ITS portfolio and project policy.


Furthermore, the DPM team will provide support, guidance and direction to the overall ITS Unit with the allocation of ITS resources to support the delivery of demands and projects across the portfolio.




As a Demand Co-Ordinator, you will be a key resource in co-ordinating and maintaining portfolio governance across the Portfolio and supporting the Demand Managers with the development of the demands and associated projects.


Key responsibility of the role includes:

Working directly with the Demand Managers to support the build and development of ideas into clear demands. This involves: + Supporting the overall creation of the business case template and content including business requirements, objectives, risks and benefits associated with the demand.
+ Creation of the cost plans required to deliver the demand and associated impact on operational budgets.
+ Creation of the resource demands required to deliver the demands and projects.
+ Co-ordinating the review feedback and approval process for the delivery of the demands.
Working closely with the Resource Managers and Project Delivery teams to manage the overall resource capacity and planning process for ITS resources. Working closely with the Finance Unit and Project Delivery teams to support the management tracking and validation of project delivery and execution expenditure. Managing and co-ordinating the preparation of executive portfolio management reports, engaging directly across the DPM team and Project Delivery teams. Providing overall administration and management for the Portfolio management toolsets, processes and templates. Creating performance dashboards and exception reports across the entire portfolio, including progress reports, resourcing, time recording, risks & issues, dependency mappings and prioritisation. Actively contributing knowledge, experience and support to the DPM team and the wider ITS unit.

As a Demand Co-Ordinator you will be part of a team of Demand Co-Ordinators, whereby you will be primarily allocated to a specific function within the DPM Team (Demand Management, Finance, Resource Management, Governance, Technical Administration). However, you will be expected to develop a working knowledge and understanding across all functions within the team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience



This role requires a good mix of interpersonal skills, someone who is very organised and has the ability to co-ordinate work for others. We are looking for someone, ideally with the following abilities:

3+ years experience in a project management office co-ordinator role or business support role. Strong organisational and administrational skills, with ability to proactively take ownership of challenges and escalate issues with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills (with written and spoken fluency in English) and the ability to forge lasting relationships and communicate appropriately; this includes written and spoken communications as well as visualisations. Ability to work under pressure and maintain challenging timelines, actively co-ordinating the activities required from dependant resources. Strong working knowledge of standard MS suite of products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with the ability to create clear & concise reports and presentations accordingly. Good understanding of standard financial management principles, also related to project management, with the ability to support the creation and analysis of financial reports. Good understanding of resource and capacity management principles with ability to identify resources constraints and gaps.
