The Opportunity
We're looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth and lead generation. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design, execute, and optimise email demand generation campaigns that attract, engage, and convert leads into meaningful pipeline opportunities.

Responsibilities
Build, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email and content syndication).
Create and manage campaigns across all funnel stages, with an emphasis on top-of-funnel lead generation.
Develop hypotheses and experiments to test and improve outbound and inbound lead generation performance.
Refine our value proposition, messaging, and sales enablement content to align with target personas and business goals.
Track and analyse campaign performance, including lead conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Build and maintain email databases for targeted lead generation campaigns.
Collaborate closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success to align demand generation efforts with revenue goals.
Suggest new lead-generation tactics and strategies based on customer needs, industry trends, and campaign performance data.
Ensure all leads are accurately tracked, nurtured, and maintained within the CRM (Dynamics 365) and other marketing automation platforms.
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing campaigns, or a similar role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
Proven experience executing successful multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.
Proficiency with marketing tools, such as CRM platforms (Dynamics 365), marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams.
Creative problem-solving and big-picture thinking, paired with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of current best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and demand generation strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to experiment, learn, and drive measurable results.
