Job Description

We are working with an award winning global manufacturing business in the North Manchester area who are looking to onboard a Demand Planner, they have a very impressive supply chain function and are looking for someone from a similar background, i.e. manufacturing, it would be advantageous to have someone who has a solid understanding of process improvements and streamlining supply chain efficiencies.
Demand Planner - The Package:

Hybrid working - 2 days from home, 3 days from the office.

Demand Planner - The Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer input
Lead the monthly demand planning process, coordinating with sales, marketing and operations teams
Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement strategies
Analyse sales and inventory trends to inform planning decisions
Support S&OP processes and ensure alignment with business objectives
Colloborate with supply planners to ensure product availability and manage stock levels effectively
Identify demand risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management
General regular forecast and KPI reports to internal stakeholders.
Demand Planner - Experience & Profile:
Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain or inventory management 3+ years preferred
Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP Preferred)
Experience with forecasting tools or demand planning software is an advantage
Excellent communication skills across multi-function
