ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
Demand Planner
to join our growing Supply Chain team at our office in the Cotswolds.
You will help the business to ensure good availability of a wide array of products including food and drink, home furnishings and beauty products. You will liaise with both local organic and artisanal suppliers from all across the globe as well as collaborating with our internal buying teams across other departments.
You will play a crucial role in balancing supply and demand, ensuring our business operates efficiently so having a mix of analytical, technical, and strategic skills.
This role is full time,
40 hours
and based in at the
Daylesford Farm, Gloucestershire.
Salary
29,725 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES
Using our stock replenishment tools to place orders in line with larger forecasted figures and following up on these with suppliers to ensure speedy delivery.
Working closely with our logistics partner to track deliveries into the business from all across the globe.
Partnering with our warehouse to ensure stock level accuracy as well as timely goods receipt.
Working closely with our buying teams to ensure correct stock levels are in place and product information is kept up to date.
Responding to all incoming emails in a timely manner.
Helping to monitor short, dated stock within our warehouse and liaise with the buying teams
Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
Proficiency in excel, an ability to manage data, analyse trends, and optimize forecasting.
Attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy in stock management and logistics.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle supply chain challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Organisational excellence, to thrive in managing multiple responsibilities with precision and structure.
Resilience & adaptability in navigating a fast-paced environment with determination and flexibility.
