We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planning Manager. The Demand Planner is responsible for accurately forecasting customer demand to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess stock. This role involves analysing sales trends, market data, and business intelligence to develop accurate demand forecasts that support production, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales trends, market data, and business intelligence to develop accurate demand forecasts that support production, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Collaborate with commercial, retail, supply, and finance teams to gather input on promotional activities, new product launches, and market trends.
Utilize statistical forecasting methods and demand planning software to enhance forecast accuracy, monitoring and adjusting based on real-time data.
Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align supply with demand forecasts, identifying inventory risks and supporting optimization initiatives.
As well as the ability to work at pace, you will also need to have:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan) and Excel.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and forecasting techniques.
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
