Responsible for forecasting brand(s). Develops and proposes solutions that anticipate and respond to customer needs. Develops new product forecasts in tandem with Marketing, with reference to sales plans and analysis of performance of like products in the Brand environment. Builds consensus with stakeholders by presenting a clear business case that integrates brand and product knowledge during Demand Review and Pre-SIOP brand meetings. Position requires 5+ years of combined experience with at least three years of experience in demand planning/forecasting. Excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills.
