As Demi chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Assist in meal preparation for special events or large parties as required
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed
Experience
Previous kitchen experience is essential, preferably in a restaurant setting
Culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Experience in serving and presenting dishes attractively is an advantage
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
