We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Kings Place, wokring across different events, restaurant and bakery kitchen divisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production kitchen, maintaining high standards of food service and creativity. Manage specific sections, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals consistently meet high standards. Ensure meals are produced efficiently while maintaining creativity and attention to detail. Protect the health and safety of all guests and team members by following food safety, health, and hygiene standards, ensuring all due diligence paperwork is completed accurately. Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture by maintaining composure and enthusiasm, even during busy or high-pressure periods. Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier communication to ensure kitchen operations run seamlessly. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

REQUIREMENTS:

A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining quality at scale. Ability to create a variety of dishes that balance flavour, creativity, and efficiency. Confidence in handling high-pressure situations while staying organized and calm. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to follow best practices. Excellent multitasking and time-management skills to handle volume and meet deadlines. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues.
