Job Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Demolition Site Labourer

to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with site clearance, demolition work, material deliveries, and general labouring duties across various locations in the East Midlands, including

South Kesteven District, and surrounding.

Roles and Responsibilities

Attend sites across the East Midlands to carry out demolition and strip-out works. Rip out

kitchens and bathrooms

, ensuring all connections are made safe. Collect and transport

rubbish and waste materials

to the designated skips at our Derby head office. Collect

kitchens, bathrooms, and materials

from the main office and deliver them to site locations. Undertake

full house demolition

in void properties, including kitchen and bathroom removal. Assist with

wallpaper stripping, house clearances, and general site preparation

. Keep

sites clean and tidy

, ensuring work areas are safe and well-maintained. Provide

labour support

to main trades, including

plasterboarding, two-man lifts, and other general labouring duties

as required. Drive a

3.5T pick-up truck

to transport materials and waste between sites and the head office. Work in compliance with

health and safety regulations

, ensuring safe working practices on-site at all times. Assist with any

additional labouring duties

as required to support the team and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in

demolition, strip-out work, or general construction labouring

is essential. Valid

CSCS card

(preferred but not essential). Understanding of

site safety protocols

and ability to follow health and safety guidelines. Ability to use

basic hand and power tools

relevant to demolition and labouring tasks. Good level of

physical fitness

and ability to handle manual labour, including lifting heavy materials. Full

UK driving licence

with experience driving a

3.5T pick-up truck

. Reliable, punctual, and able to work

independently and as part of a team

. Strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied tasks as needed.
