Dental Account Manager

to support our growing network of dentists across the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring our dentists feel valued, aligned with the company vision, and set up for success.

Role Overview

As our

Dental Account Manager

, you'll act as the

main point of contact for all YDS dentists

, ensuring they are happy, supported, and performing at their best. You will manage day-to-day communications, help resolve issues proactively, and play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

This role is based at our

Head Office in Lower Wortley, Leeds

, with occasional travel to practices when required.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

first point of contact

for all dentist-related queries, concerns, and support needs Supporting the Managing Director in daily communication to YDS Clinicians Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists across all YDS sites Conduct

regular performance check-ins

to ensure clinical quality, alignment with brand values, and job satisfaction Identify and address

behavioral or performance issues

with sensitivity and professionalism Support the recruitment team by: Encouraging and tracking

referrals from current clinicians

Lead and manage

onboarding and induction processes

for new dentists Maintain and update internal systems to track dentist performance, satisfaction, and progression Work closely with the operations and clinical leadership team to ensure a unified, supportive approach to clinician management

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

account management, relationship management, problem solving, organisation and analytical thinking

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive and solution-oriented mindset Experience in recruitment or HR (advantageous) Knowledge of the dental industry (Preferred) Passionate about supporting people and helping them thrive in their roles
