Pearl Dental are looking to recruit a full-time Assistant practice manager / treatment coordinator to join our award-winning dental team.
The ideal candidate will be confident, able to work off their own initiative, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude. They must also have previous leadership experience.
Experience with marketing, social media and lead management would be also be desirable.
Pearl Dental is a rapidly growing 6 surgery dental practice with huge potential. The practice has invested in state of the art equipment, such as a CBCT scanner, the EMS Prophylaxis Master to offer patients Guided Biofilm Therapy, a Primescan, 4 Itero scanners, endodontic handpieces, a CJ optik microscope and Straumann Dental Implant equipment.
The practice is offering a wide range of cosmetic treatments such as Invisalign, Quick Straight Teeth, Composite bonding, Dental implants, facial aesthetics, teeth whitening and much more.
The practice has also won awards in 2019, 2020, 2021 ,2022, 2023 and 2024 with both The Dentistry awards and The Private Dentistry awards for best patient care and best practice.
As an assistant manager:
- You will assist with the day to day running of the practice
- You will complete jobs assigned to you by the practice manager
- You will help to oversee and manage other staff members
- You will help to ensure that the practice keeps up to date with compliance
- You will assist the manager with putting in place and reviewing practice policies and procedures
- You will be confident discussing treatment options and associated costs with patients, playing an essential role in treatment conversions
- You will understand and utilise the practice CRM system, actively following up new leads
- You will play a vital role in driving practice sales and having your own ideas to increase them
- You will be part of the social media team and produce content and bring forward ideas
- You will take a lead role in promotional events
- You will Be able to work to targets

- You will be able to work off your own initiative
- You will support other team members with the treatment co-ordinator role
- Knowledge of marketing & social media is desirable
- Training will also be provided
Requirements
Previous experience working in a leadership role
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with marketing, social media and lead management would be also be desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
