What You'll Do:

Provide a 5-star welcome to all patients Book, manage and coordinate appointments using Dentally (or similar) Handle payments, treatment planning and patient enquiries Present finance/payment options professionally Maintain smooth front-desk operations and assist clinicians as needed

Support the practice's social media presence

by posting or managing content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.)

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 1 year experience in dental/medical/hospitality reception Well-spoken, confident and organised

Experience with social media platforms

- posting, stories, basic content creation Friendly and professional, with a passion for customer care Works well under pressure, can think ahead and problem-solve Tech-savvy and familiar with booking systems

Desirable (but not essential):

Familiar with

Dentally

or similar PMS Background in private/cosmetic dentistry or high-end service environments Sales experience or knowledge of Invisalign, whitening or implants Creative with Instagram Reels, captions, Canva or video content
