Full time, 8:30 am - 5:15 pm
Some Saturdays required

14 per hour + bonus

Your role
Lead and manage the reception area
Handle calls, bookings, payments, and follow-ups
Support the team and keep the day organised
Guide patients clearly through their treatment journey
Maintain a professional, calm front desk under pressure
You must be
Reliable, organised, and patient-focused
Confident in a private dental environment
Familiar with dental procedures and workflows
Self-managed, proactive, and trustworthy
Comfortable multitasking and taking responsibility
Presentable, professional, and able to drive
