We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious

Dentist

with a special interest in

Invisalign, endodontics, or oral surgery

to join our modern, forward-thinking practice. With ~5000 UDAs for the year, our focus is not on UDA targets but on providing

exceptional patient care and growing ethical private treatments.

Our practice is fully digital, refurbished, and equipped with advanced technologies, creating the ideal environment for a dentist who wants to deliver high-quality dentistry and build their private portfolio.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions Develop and implement personalised treatment plans to meet patient needs and preferences Perform a wide range of dental procedures including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic and oral surgery treatments Provide Invisalign treatment and support patients through their smile journey (for candidates with aligner experience) Utilise advanced digital tools (Trios 3S scanner, Dentally, CAD/CAM, CBCT) for planning and treatment delivery Interpret medical imaging to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term health Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory and practice standards Collaborate with hygienists, nurses, and the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies

Experience & Qualifications

A recognised degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution (essential) GDC registration and active performer number (essential for NHS delivery) Proven experience in general practice; private treatment experience advantageous Special interest or additional training in

Invisalign, endodontics, or oral surgery

strongly preferred Strong clinical knowledge, excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills Familiarity with digital dentistry and medical imaging technologies (advantageous) Outstanding communication skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with the team A patient-focused, ethical approach with ambition to grow private dentistry
