Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dentist to join our thriving practice, where you will have the opportunity to care for a large, well-maintained patient list. We are a well established family practice offering routine dental treatments ,with circa 400 registered Denplan patients, that provide consistent and predictable income, private pay-as-you-go clients, and a sprinkling of NHS patients (Performer No. required), meaning you can more or less leave the NHS behind; this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventative care. Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC). Valid GDC registration and relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and medical imaging techniques. Excellent communication skills with a patient-centric approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.

Approx Pay: 100,000.00-110,000.00 per year
