Dental Associate Opportunity - Family Practice in Meanwood, Leeds

We are a long-established, independently owned family dental practice, with three fully equipped surgeries based in the vibrant suburb of Meanwood, north Leeds. Serving the local community for over 60 years, we pride ourselves on building long-lasting relationships with our patients and providing exceptional dental care to generations of families.

Position Overview

We are seeking a conscientious and dedicated Dental Associate to join our friendly, experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a well-established and stable patient list, with a flexible UDA target of 2,000-6,000+ per year. The role offers a competitive rate to suit experience, with excellent potential for private earnings.

For newer or less experienced associates, comprehensive support and mentoring will be provided by the principal dentist, other associates and the wider team to help you expand your clinical skills.

What We Offer

Work alongside experienced colleagues, including a dentist with over 40 years of expertise in implants and endodontics, and two hygienists. Our practice manager, with over 10 years of service, ensures a smooth, efficient working environment.

Good Equipment:

We use Exact SOE with Clini-pads, digital intraoral radiographs, rotary endodontics, and high-quality materials.

Flexible Earning Potential:

50% split on private treatments and 50% on lab fees, along with the option to refer patients to our hygienists.

What We Require

GDC registration and a valid performer number are essential. A commitment to high-quality patient care and a desire to contribute to our practice's values of excellence and teamwork. Availability for a start date in September or October, though we are flexible for an immediate start if required.
