- Fully qualified and GDC registered Dental Professional with a minimum 3 years of private experience. Competent in Invisalign (or similar) and been able to diagnosis and treatment plan to a high level.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must or you should be open to participated in training to enhance them
- Willingness to embrace and respect clinic systems and values.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centred care.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

As a Dental Associate at Mint Dental Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our clinic's vision, values, and systems. Key Responsibilities of the Position:
- Provide high-quality dental care to private patients in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize our team of visiting dentists specializing in implants, endodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery to provide patients with the best care possible.

Uphold clinic policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and efficient patient journey. This is very important to use so the team can operate to a high level. This includes communication patterns, examination formats. Training will be provided and is very easy to implement especially as the whole team is using these systems daily.
