We're looking for an Associate Dentist to work with us at our Brand New, Purpose Built Multidisciplinary Practice in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

About The Dental Box

The Dental Box, Dental and Orthodontic Practice is a private only, two chair practice in the heart of the newly developed complex, the Southborough Civic Centre.

The newly regenerated area has been purpose-built to house and serve its local community. The centre includes a large property development of 2 bedroom apartments, a new town square area for people to enjoy and a range of key community services: GP surgery, Osteopath, Pharmacy, Eye Surgeon, Library and Spaces for hire.

The Dental Box will offer high-quality, patient-centred care for patients and families of all ages and will contribute to town events and local charities, such as Hospice in the Weald.

The practice has been built with modern surgeries, is fully computerised (using SOE), with digital x-ray, on-site OPG/ CBCT, a best practice decontamination room and orthodontic lab, the latest 5D element iTero Scanner and a large Treatment Coordinator room.

About you

Your general dental skills are refined You have 5 years experience providing exceptional private dental care You are comfortable using digital equipment and enjoy modern technologies You ideally have CBCT Scanning training You are able to comprehensively treatment plan alloptions You are a proficient and friendly communicator, and amiable to patients and the team You are able to write comprehensive treatment plan letters to your patients and take ownership of treatment conversions and profitable hourly rates Be adept with clinical photography and discuss treatment possibilities with knowledge and confidence You are ambitious and driven to generate and manage your client base You hold yourself accountable and work with integrity
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 100,000.00-150,000.00 per year
