2 Days per week

100,000 - 150,000 per annum

Is your approach to dentistry centred around the patients, offering comprehensive dentistry in a relaxed and friendly environment? Are you looking to join a practice that offers support, an amazing team, great clinic work and a proven record of improving dentists and their team? The Town House is the perfect fit for you. We are looking for an associate dentist to join the team in Tunbridge Wells to look after a growing list of general patients, with the opportunity to develop your list with our in-house marketing expert agency.

Our current associate is due to start her specialist training and our other associate is going to be focusing solely on cosmetic work here at the Town house Dental Practice. We require a dentist to take over a portion of their list working two days a week - working days to be confirmed.

A little about The Town House Dental Practice



We are located in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells and have been established as The Town House Dental Practice for 4 years, after taking over a well-established practice of 15 years. Since The Town House take over we have grown the practice and we want to continue to expand by offering the best dentistry, using industry leading technology and techniques in a relaxed environment surrounded by a unified team.

What We are Looking for:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven dentist with a passion for clinic excellence to join a friendly and positive team in our modern practice. You can expect to be welcomed with open arms, join baking competitions, team outings, stool ball fun (look it up) and great support.

The role is a permanent part-time position. You must want to work in an environment where great dentistry, growth and development is supported and you have drive to continue to learn and hone your skills.

We want to ensure the associate joining the team at The Town House is the perfect fit and would be looking for someone who fit the following criteria:

Dental skills must be well honed with the desire to continue to develop your skills Familiar using digital equipment and ideally enjoy utilising the latest technology The ability to provide comprehensive treatment plans, providing options, and photographs and discuss treatment possibilities with confidence Ambitious, likeable and a superb communicator, willing to work within a team Work to the highest standards, and provide a calm and compassionate chair-side manner that puts patients at ease Be able to demonstrate their high standard of clinic work with pieces of work they are proud of

Associate Requirements



Education - Bachelor's (required) At least one year dentistry experience GDC registration
