Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Associate to join our dynamic dental team. As a Dental Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, working collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure the best patient experience, in a dental practice setting
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Perform general dental procedures, including restorative (fillings, crowns), preventive care, extractions, and prosthodontics.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with dental specialists and refer patients when needed.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
GDC Registration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 65,000.00-70,000.00 per year
