Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator - Full Time

Spring Grove Clinic is under new ownership, and we are excited to grow our front desk team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, well-presented, reliable, and confident in communicating with both patients and colleagues. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in dentistry, reception, front of house or sales is beneficial - but not essential. The right attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional are what matter most.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

Meeting and greeting patients, delivering a 5-star experience every time Providing polite, professional, and personalised service Managing telephone and email enquiries Scheduling appointments, recalls, and follow-ups Discussing treatment plans and finance options clearly and reassuringly Taking payments and accurately maintaining patient records Ensuring every patient leaves with a next appointment Tracking treatment progress and maintaining consistent patient communication Liaising with clinical and admin teams to ensure a smooth workflow
