Job Description

As part of Trigiene's continuing growth plans an opening has arisen for 2 additional Repair Technicians to join the team in our workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a caring and resourceful company in an exciting industry.

The successful candidates will be an enthusiastic team players with an energetic, problem-solving attitude with ability to work on small components, will have a year or more relevant experience or be a graduate that has served a relevant internship.

Purpose of the role:



To repair all types, makes and models of dental handpieces on a daily basis, and assist in continually improving workflow of repairs through the workshop.

Main responsibilities include but not restricted to:



Checking repair jobs in and recording repair information online Dismantle mechanisms, identify faults, repair and/or replace faulty components Testing and diagnosis Carrying out repairs Diagnose faults and instigate repairs for dental handpiece types Stock control of handpiece repair parts and new handpieces Quotations for repairs and customer service liaison Identify and select materials, tools and consumables required for the department function at a high level Apply good housekeeping skills in areas of work to ensure a clean and safe workplace Work as part of the team, and represent this area of the business in a positive manner when working with other members of staff and clients Maintain records of all repairs and safety checks

Skills/Qualifications Required:



Engineering education and/or experience Ability to work on small components Knowledge of the design and operation of various types of dental handpieces is desirable but not essential
External and internal training will be provided. Trigiene has a culture of continuous improvement which is embraced by all staff members.

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
