We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Head Nurse with proven management experience and CQC compliance knowledge to join our team and lead our nurses in their daily routines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team during various procedures. The position requires excellent communication skills, high level of professionalism, strong organisational abilities, proven knowledge of dental compliance platforms and ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities while being a role model with strong leadership.

Radiography procedures
Scheduling
Staff supervision and training
Stock control

Decontamination Infection Control Lead
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Head Nurse minimum 3 years.
Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Strong written skills in English.
Familiarity with IT system such SOE Exact, is advantageous, enhancing efficiency in record keeping and scheduling.
A genuine passion for patient care and a willingness to learn new skills within the dental field are essential attributes for success in this role.
Experience in Private Dental settings is Desirable.
