Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dental therapist to join our dynamic team at Roe Street for one day a week to cover maternity leave - Friday. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality preventive and restorative dental care to our patient population, helping to improve their oral health and overall well-being. We have a well established team with fully qualified dental nurses to assist. Friendly and well organised practice.
Duties
1. Preventive care
. Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Completing full mouth scales including bleeding scales.
2. Restorative care
. Preforming basic restorative procedures such as filling cavities.
. Extracting primary teeth
. Administering local anesthesia.
3. Patient Management
.Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
. Communicating effectively with patients and their families about treatment options and oral health practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.5 per week
