Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dr A Singh and Associates. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting oral health and providing exceptional care to our patients. This position is based in Basingstoke and offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.We are looking for a proactive, caring and conscientious person to join our hygienist team at Beggarwood Dental Surgery, in Basingstoke.Situated a short distance off Junction 7 of the M3.Free parking is available on-site.

The position will be on a self-employed private basis. Our aim is to provide the best level of care and experience for our patients. You will be supported by an experienced and friendly team, and will work in a modern surgery with air-conditioning.
Key requirements - GDC registered, with no conditions. A kind and caring approach to patients, reliable, good work ethic, a team player, ability to use initiative, organised and punctual. A commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills and rapport building is a must as well as positively contributing to the patient journey. Show a willingness to develop existing skills, learn new skills and keep up to date with current evidence-based treatments.

Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings and preventative care procedures for patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments as needed.
Take medical histories and record patient information accurately.
Utilize dental software for patient records and treatment planning.
Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies.
Requirements
Registered Dental Hygienist with relevant qualifications.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
Experience with CAD software is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively.
