Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Dental Hygienist and/or Therapist

to join our expanding dental practice. This role offers a modern, supportive working environment with a strong focus on high-quality patient care and continuous clinical development.

Use of Airflow is essential for this role.

Applicants must be fully competent and confident in delivering Airflow hygiene treatments.

Pay Structure

First month:

30 per hour

After 1 month:

30% of earnings

(This model supports stability during onboarding, followed by strong earning potential.)

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive hygiene treatments, including scaling, polishing, and

Airflow

Conduct periodontal assessments and detailed charting Take and process dental radiographs using modern imaging systems Assess oral health status including gums, teeth, and soft tissues Deliver personalised oral hygiene education and prevention-based guidance Maintain clear, accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments to strict infection control protocols Support dentists during examinations and treatments where required Keep up to date with advancements in dental technology, including CAD systems for digital impressions
Other responsibilities in line with their individual skills may be required such as photography, scanning.

Skills & Requirements

Mandatory:

Airflow competence Experience with

digital impressions / CAD systems/ Scanning

(desirable) Confident in medical imaging and radiographic procedures Strong understanding of dental and periodontal anatomy Excellent organisation and time management Professional, compassionate communication style Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
