Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our friendly dental practice. Working days Tuesdays 9am -5pm, Fridays 8am-2.30pm (we can be flexible with the working hours). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing high-quality care to our patients. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided. Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist licence or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
